My MSN Capstone Project Poster Presentation

My Blue-Ribbon Discharge capstone project through Benedictine University and AtlantiCare addressed the current problem of overcrowding, and throughput optimization, by creating a standardized discharge checklist to successfully discharge patients by the 11:00 a.m. goal. The project applied Kotter’s 8 Step Change Model, below is a copy of the poster.
